We appreciate you for choosing CHIKIM LANGUAGES, LLC ("CHIKIM LANGUAGES," "we," "us," "our," "Our Certified Healthcare Interpreter," "our interpreter," "she," or "her.") We value our customers and are grateful for the opportunity to offer our services.

Services & Scheduling

CHIKIM LANGUAGES, LLC provides professional Mizo and Zomi interpreting services over the phone, video remote and in person. We provide our services by appointment basis - the surest way to secure your appointment. We are available 24 hours a day; Monday through Friday.

We also strive to serve and give back to our community by accepting calls outside of our hours of operation, weekends and holidays; however, there is no guarantee that you will avail of our service. We will however let you know of our availability or none hereof as soon as we receive your request.

By requesting our services, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. See cancellation policy in your appointment confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit card through our secure SwipeSimple payment portal.

Confidentiality

Our interpreter adheres to strict confidentiality standards. All healthcare interpretation services provided adheres to HIPAA privacy rules. To learn more about HIPAA, click here.

Limitation of Liability

CHIKIM LANGUAGES, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

CHIKIM LANGUAGES, LLC owns all intellectual material of the company, including the name of the company, logo, and all other material. Duplication and reproduction of our material is strictly prohibited.
