This Privacy Policy applies to CHIKIM LANGUAGES LLC, and its single interpreter and will be referred to as “CHIKIM LANGUAGES LLC,” "CHIKIM LANGUAGES, “we,” or “us". CHIKIM LANGUAGES LLC is committed to ensuring the privacy of the information you share with us. This privacy policy explains our privacy practices, including what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have concerning your information. Payment Information. For added security of our customers, we use a secure third-party payment processing company provided by our commercial bank.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your contact information, including phone number(s) and/or email(s) for the following purposes:
To communicate with you regarding interpreting service(s) that your requested for by filling out our form(s) online or by calling us on the phone; and to respond to your questions.
To provide interpreting services.
To contact you regarding services that we provide for promotional purposes.
To comply with legal requirements asked by the law.
How We Collect Your Information
We collect contact, payment and other information directly from you via phone, email and through our website.
How Long We Keep Your Information
In general, we keep your information for as long as we need it to continue to provide to you interpretation service(s), and as necessary to keep our records. We also keep your information as necessary if required by law, or as otherwise communicated to you and by you.
When We Disclose Your Information
CHIKIM Languages LLC is a one-employee company. We do not have anybody to share your information with within the company. We do not disclose your personal information to any third-party vendor or website owner for their own marketing purposes. But we will share personal information in the following ways:
We disclose information with a third-party service provider that processes payments and electronic card transactions on our behalf.
We will disclose information if ordered by law.
Your Privacy Rights
Right to Know. You can request for information about our collection, storage and use of your personal information; the third party (a secure payment and card-processing provider that we use) to whom we disclose your personal information; and the specific detail of personal information we collected about you. You can also request for a copy of your information in a commonly readable format.
Right to Delete. You can ask us to delete your personal information.
Right to Correct. You can ask us to correct any inaccurate personal information that we have about you if you believe it may be out of date or incorrect.

Because the internet is not 100% safe, we ask for minimal information about you on our online form. We collect minimum and low-risk information in order to fulfill your request and contact you back. Please, use caution when using the internet. We cannot promise that your use of our site will be totally safe. Please, call directly or email when in doubt. Our turnover time for requests online and via email is 24 hours.
Nevertheless, we use technical, and physical security safeguards designed to protect your personal information.
Third Party Links and Tools
We use a secure third-party merchant service to process our payments and card-processing services through our commercial banking institution. We do not control how their policies, procedures and technologies work.
